CNIPA Deputy Commissioner He Hua Met with Director of WIPO


On October 26, Deputy Commissioner He Hua of China Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) met with a delegation led by Director Chitra Narayanaswamy of Department of Program Planning and Finance of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
